The Vinculum

Kasuto is now 30 years old. In recognition of this fact, I encourage all of you to give me $30. Anyone? Well, it was worth a shot. At least now I can resonably complain about "kids these days."

Well, now that we're able to specify our gender again ^-^ I was thinking. Kasuto made the icons for stuff in our profile as well as "Post Reply" and "New Topic" buttons, so wouldn't it be neat if we had Zelda-themed gender icons? Like, if you were a girl, there'd be a little picture of Zelda, and if you were a guy, it'd be Link? It's just a suggestion, I'm not even sure if it would be really hard to do...I wouldn't know. But what do other people think?

Kasuto didn't make the icons - Genken did (and we're very appreciative to him, at that!) - but good idea nonetheless.

Regardless, back on topic. Yes, I think Link and Zelda would be appropriate for the male and female gender icons... let's see, I'm thinking Minish Cap versions, how does that sound?

Oh, I haven't played Minish Cap... *scampers off to do a Google Image search*

Oh yes, I think that's cute. ^-^ I think using Minish Cap ones is a good idea, unless anyone can think of a better idea.

I always liked the Link to the Past Link and Zelda, but then I always favor LttP for anything.

^Er, what do you mean, there isn't much colour? O.o I see pink for the girl and blue for the boy. I think you do need glasses, heh...

lol, yeah... I guess I need stronger glasses... from where I sit in the chair... I only see a face... the colors are kinda... messed up... I have to actually lean forward to see the graphic. Meh... I swear my eyesight's getting worse.

But, great job with the icons! Having NOT played Minish Cap... still doesn't affect me. It's still pretty good.
