Who in their right mind would hire you for that? Look, you work on your skill, and you might recieve reviews that are good because the story's good, not because you whine if they're bad.

It won't be often that I will decide to come out of obscurity... I lurked and lurked for links and fanfics to read, but I ran across this. Here's my thoughts.


Dark Kirby: Your fic was rather odd. It had random insanity, which is a plus, and a few jokes here and there. It, however, needs a proofreader. In addition, (it'a pet peeve though) I really do not like reading scriptfics (I only write one scriptfic, and that's a parody on the Weakest Link... simply because making it in prose kinda destroys the mood), so forgive that. However, I do think, with some work, it can be MUCH better in prose.

Comparing this to my first few fics, I can say that you didn't have too rocky of a start. Don't be offended by what they say. They are only here to help you. I am sure that if you take the time to work on your stories, and make them longer and put in detail and stuff, you'd be getting much better reviews! ^_^

So, just hang in there. Don't be offended too much. They might be harsh, but they're not lying to you. We wouldn't flame you if we didn't care. I guess you could call it tough love.

Advice is still advice, and... well... his advice applies. I'm not going to sugar coat it. The story itself was pretty lame, and this board is one where honesty counts far more than sucking up. But keep working on it. You'll get better.
