She climbed down the length of rope she had ‘borrowed’ and landed softly as she jumped down the few feet left. The museum was dark as they had to close it early to do construction on something.
“Now where are you vault.” She said to herself shaking off her fiery red hair that had caught some loose pieces of glass as she had climbed through the broken ceiling window.
She surveyed the area cautiously making sure no one was there beside the guards.
“Stop right there.” Someone called out from behind her.
“Damnit.” She cursed standing still.
“It’s not ten o’clock Nabooru. So why did you jump the gun?” he said walking around to face her shining his light in her face.
“There’s no better time then now.” She answered folding her arms over her chest.
“Well hurry up before they get the security cameras unjammed.” He yelled as he walked away only his fiery red hair could be seen.
She saw a door he’d shined light on as he’d walked away. She ran over and twisting the knob hoping to find it open. She heard it click and she pushed it open. It was a huge room with almost nothing in it but the huge vault.
“Here I go.” She mumbled as she slipped the key, she’d stolen before she quit working there, into the first lock then twirled the combination lock around quickly. The door swung open and revealed laser lining the doorway.
“Damn!” She cursed as she looked around for something that could switch it off.
There was a panel of numbers by the door. She blew a little powder, that she had swiped at the police station, onto the panel and four of the numbers had finger prints on them. She rolled back the sleeves to her sweater and prepared for a long process, she put in any combinations she thought they’d used. Finally after twenty minutes and forty combos she shut off the laser. She strolled into the room that was full of drawers. She pulled out her bag and went to the ones closest to her. In the first few drawers there were only bones, as she got farther along the wall she came upon gold coins and started filling her bag with everything in the drawer. She was almost to the end half an hour later, she’d gotten her hands on coins, jewelry, and other gold items of value. She came to the last few drawers, in one drawer there were three items, two were musical items she’d never seen before, and the third was a wand, she took them hoping there was money for them. The next drawer held weapons, weird ones and a shield with symbols on it, she grabbed her other bag and threw the weapons in. The second to last had quite a few gems in gold frames or by themselves. And the last held a solid gold triangle, though it looked as if it were missing pieces.
“Wow I really racked up…” She said overly confident.
She doubled back to the center of the museum where she had entered. She climbed up the rope as quickly as possible with all her new merchandise. She made it to the top and sat down for a second to catch her breathe. A flare of light passing in front of her face made her jump up in surprise. She looked around and caught sight of a man, he was floating in midair.
“What the…?” She kept her eyes on him as he approached.
“Nabooru.” He whispered.
She stared at him but couldn’t place who he was.
“What do you want?” She scowled.
He smiled and looked at her bags. “Give me all the treasures you found and I will spare your life. For now.”
She smirked then threw her head back and let loose a hearty laugh. “Over my dead body.” Her face went serious and she took on a fighting stance.
“I hope you’re prepared to lose your life.”
“Bring it.” She sneered.
She took hold of one of the swords from the bags and twirled it side to side as she ran at him. He didn’t expect her to have skills since she was unaware of who she was.
He threw an orb her way as she came upon him; she ducked under and continued her attack. She slashed at him relentlessly, but he blocked each blow with his cane.
She spun on her foot and slashed his back.
He cried out in pain as he stumbled forward.
She leaped into the air and lunged down sword aimed for his spine. He looked up just as she had the point of the sword by his cloak. He lifted his arm and launched a cluster of orbs. She could only watch as they headed right at her. She collapsed to the ground, the smell of her burnt flesh almost causing her to gag. Her arm was badly damaged as was one of her legs.
“You put up a great fight for an amateur.” He said as he flared up another orb.
She put two fingers in her mouth and blew loudly. Ten red-haired girls scaled the side of the building and climbed onto the roof.
“Nabooru!” One of them called out as they approached the scene.
“Watch it.” Nabooru warned as she pushed herself up.
They all took their fighting stance.
“Taura, grab those bags and go to the hideout right away.” Nabooru ordered as she started toward Agahnim.
Taura ran over to the bags and dragged them behind her.
“She is going nowhere.” Agahnim yelled and let loose the orbs in her direction.
She threw herself to the ground as the orbs whizzed by her and the other girls close by.
“Attack all at once!” Nabooru roared as she lunged at him, sword in hand.
They circled around him and prepared their selves to attack.
Nabooru plunged the sword forward and grazed his arm as the other girls jumped in unison toward him fists and legs out-stretched.
Agahnim flew up and the girls collided with each other.
But Nabooru instinctively grabbed hold of his foot and pulled him back down.
So shocked by this action he fell to the ground.
Nabooru raised the sword and thrust it into his back.
He started to laugh, and then he was attempting to stand up when she brought the sword back up and sliced down through his neck.
His body quivered then went still.
“Let’s go.” Nabooru said as she walked away twirling the sword from hand to hand.
She had the group go off without her to the hideout as she watched the body lay still, waiting for a revival.
She scaled the side of the building and sauntered off toward the hideout.
As she made her way to the place she heard loud music coming from a store that was closing.
She went in and leaned on the wall as she watched the owner dance around.
“So dancing is your true passion Darunia, well besides all these special rock collections you sell here.”
Darunia kept dancing until the song finished.
“When I hear such rhythmic music I can’t control myself.”
She laughed as she left him to his monkey business.
“Don’t be a stranger.” He called out as another song came on.
She paused outside feeling as if she were being watched.
“Only a hero can banish me.” Someone said from above.
She bit her lip as she looked up.
“I am Agahnim, right hand to your leader.”
“I am the leader.” She asserted.
“No the Prince of Darkness and everyones King. Ganondorf Dragmire.”
She stared at him in disbelief. The name had rung a warning bell in her memory but she couldn’t grasp why it seemed so familiar.
“I don’t know who you’re talking about or what you are. But I’ll make sure you don’t come back this time.”
He smiled as he threw an orb her way.
She ducked as it almost struck her but sped on into the window of the store behind her.
Darunia was thrown back as his window exploded.
Nabooru jumped up quickly as she dodged another orb.
She twirled the sword in her hand and watched him carefully.
“What is going on out here?!” Darunia asked enraged.
Agahnim immediately recognized him.
“King Darunia. I see you are well.”
Darunia stared up in amazement.
Nabooru ran over and knocked him on his feet as another orb flew by.
“Come down and fight me coward!” She rebuked.
He floated down and took out two daggers.
“Let us continue.” He said tauntingly.
They circled each other never once dropping their stares.
She charged him and her sword met with both of his daggers. She struck at him again and again. But he laughed at each strike.
She threw her weight into her next strike and caught him off guard as he held one dagger up to catch her sword then swung his other arm into her side, plunging the other dagger into her.
She backed off in pain but only grinded her teeth as she pulled it out.
Darunia stood up and watched the battle then he ran into his store.
Nabooru charged him again thrusting the sword toward his stomach, as he went to block, she released the sword, and put all her weight into her fist as she caught the side of his face.
Agahnim stumbled backwards in surprise. Then something hit him on the side of the head and knocked him off his feet. He looked over and saw Darunia with an arm full of rocks.
Nabooru picked up the sword and pointed it in Agahnims’ face as he lay on the ground.
“Just what are you?” She asked.
Darunia approached them cautiously as he held a rock in his huge hand.
“In time you all will know my masters will.”
“Agahnim!” A voice called as it resounded loudly throughout the sky muting out the thunder.
“I leave you both alive for now. My master calls on me.” He threw his hand up quickly and blew them off their feet.
He took off into the air and into the direction of the area filled with the most lightning bolts.
“Come Darunia that looks like the library he’s heading to.” She said pulling him into a run.
“I don’t know about this.”
“Look at your store and all your precious rocks thrown about.” She pointed out.
He looked at it and his nostrils flared.
“Lets go.” He exclaimed and dragged her with him.

…Saria and Mido looked around in amazement; the walls were full of ancient inscriptions.
Saria felt connected as she trailed her fingers across the walls.
“As many times as I have walked through this forest, I have never seen this cave before.”
She walked toward a doorway with stairs leading upward.
Mido just watched her disappear up the stairs, as he stood there not able to move past the cave opening.
She kept her fingers on the wall as if trying to get something from it.
The stairs finally ended, she’d thought they’d go on forever, as she came to a door of gold.
She put her hand to the door and it opened immediately. Inside was a huge room full of books on golden shelves, and the ceiling was transparent, revealing that this was the basement to the library.
“Wow.” She whispered as she went to the shelves and took a book that caught her eye.
She opened it to find it that it wasn’t in the language the walls illustrated. The first lines of the book read “In a realm beyond sight,
The sky shines gold, not blue.
There, the Triforce's might
Makes mortal dreams come true.” She furrowed her eye brows as she read the lines over and over.
“It’s so familiar.” She sat down and settled in, so distracted she barely noticed that Mido wasn’t with her.
She continued to read on “Before life began, before the world had form, three golden goddesses descended upon the chaotic land of Hyrule. They were Din, the goddes of Power, Nayru, the goddess of Wisdom, and Farore, the goddess of Courage. Din, with her strong flaming arms, cultivated the land to create the earth. Nayru poured her wisdom onto the earth to give the spirit of law to the world. Farore's rich soul created all life forms who would uphold the law. These three great goddesses returned to the heavens, leaving behind the golden sacred Triforce. Since then, the Triforce has become the basis for Hyrule's providence. Where the Triforce stood became sacred land.” She stopped for a second looking around and saw a door with three triangles on it. She hadn’t seen it when she’d come in; she held on to the book and walked over to the door. She pushed on it, but it wouldn’t budge. She sat down again and continued reading what seemed to be Hyrules’ true history.
