My body had lain in a hospital bed, but not as an old man, but a still a youthful man. I was in a coma, and all my friends and family had sat or stood there for me.

Three children sat on chairs, saddened and scared, not knowing what to do. Three other men dressed in decorated armor of knights had stood there.

One other man had stood there. His golden blonde hair hid his blue crystal eyes of sadness. He bore a green tunic and coned-shaped hat, a white undershirt and pants, and brown leather boots and fingerless gloves.

A young woman sat by my bedside, holding my wrist, as if she let go that I would die, but it was too late.

A doctor walked in, examining my rising and sinking chest, signifying that I was still alive, but in a coma. The doctor smiled.

“According to my calculations, your husband, Amadeus, should wake up in a few seconds.”

Everyone there sighed with relief and joy. The children cheered in happiness and excitement that I would soon wake up.

But due to my foolishness for the wish of death, when the doctor expected me to wake up, I instead, lowered my chest and stayed that way, never opening my eyes. My wife frantically checked my pulse, but nothing appeared.

Due to my wish of death, I had truly lost my family and friends.
