It was a nice breezy day in Hyrule. Ganondorf is finaly dead and peace was here at last. Mario was carrying some equipments on a scavenger hunt.

Mario: Oh boy these stuff are heavier than a block!

Link: Hey Mario are you done yet?

Mario: I could use some help here!

Link: Oh alright.

Link carried the left side and Mario on the right. They carried the box Gerudo Valley, where the hunt begins.

Mario: Hey Link tell me again what are we looking for?

Link: For the 5th time we are looking for a magical blade. Its called "The Red Katana" and whoever carries the blade gets hypnotized. But one person who couldn't fall under the spell of the magical blade. His name is DreadLord, the demon of the underworld. He is the one who made the blade. It was made by hell fire which he can penitrate. Ten million years ago there was a war against angels and demons. DreadLord as the leader of the demon and Gia the leader of the angels. It was a great battle indead. It lasted about ten thousand years ago. Until DreadLord and Gia met face to face. They both fought and fought like the battle may never be done. Until DreadLord took out The Red Katana and strucked down Gia in to the ground. Gia said some magic word that DreadLord can be vanquished forever. He suceeded. and DreadLord was now long gone. Gia took the red sword and looked at it with bewildered. He brought the blade in to Gerudo Valley and burried it their deep within the Earth where nobody will ever go.

Mario: Oh..... thats why. Well if I get a hold of that blade, then I'll never be hypnotized.

Link: I'm not so sure Mario...I'm not so sure.

As they reach to Gerudo Valley they took out their tools and started to dig long and hard. Until they couldn't dig no more.

Link: I'm so tired... I couldn't stand digging anymore.

Mario: Yeah me too....

Link: Lets call some back up.

Mario: Good call.

Mario started to walk out but he fell in to a hole.

Mario: AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Link: Mario!

Mario fell down on his feet. He looked around but only to see darkness. He ventured into the darkness alone.

Mario ventured deeper and deeper into the darkness. He thought about Princess Peach all the time. Mushroom Kingdom, Luigi, and all the other people he cared about. What if he couldn't get out of this cave alive? What if he'll never see the light ever again? Mario kept thinking on his way into the cave.

Hyrule Castle Super Smash Bros HQ

Link: Guys! I have some news. Mario is in trouble! We need to help him!

Marth: Ah he can take care of himself. He's always in trouble trying to save Peach.

Peach: I don't know about you guys but I think this sounds serious.

Link: This is serious! Are you just gonna stay in here playing cards?!

Link looked at the table. Ness, Kirby, Luigi, and Samus were playing Poker.

Samus: Royal! Ha I win!

Ness, Luigi, and Kirby all groan.

Luigi: Whatcha say about Mario?

Link: He's in trouble!

Luigi got up like a rocket shooting out of the sky.

Luigi: What! Well why didn't you say so!?

Link: I did! You were busy playing Poker with your damn friends!

Samus: Who are you calling damn friends?!

Kirby: Yeah!

Ness: I'll swing you with my bat!

Link: This is an emergency! If we don't act now. Mario will die!

Zelda: Yes I feel something wrong with Mario. He's... he's going south at the underground. Link... what were you guys doing?

Link: Did you remember about the magical blade that was hidden billions of years ago?

Zelda looked at him with disbelief.

Zelda: You guys did not!

Link: Yes... I talked Mario into it. And if we don't act now... he'll probably die!

Everyone heard what Link had told to all of them.

Link: Who's in?!

Everyone raised their hands except for Roy.

Link: Roy please.... why in the hell do you and Mario hate each other so much?

Roy: We were rivals... we fight over for Peach. Just like Marth and you.

Link: But why?! Mario had already won Peach's heart. He loved her and she loved him back.

Marth: Yes please brother!

Marth and Roy were brothers.(I don't know if they are brothers but I'll just but it in here just to make it more interesting)

Roy: No...

No matter how much the Super Smash bros gang pleaded... he refused not to go.

Link: Alright team lets go...

Kirby: But what about Roy?

Link: He's not comming...

Roy: Look Link... its better this way...

Link: HOWS IT BETTER?! MARIO NEEDS YOU AND YOU KNOW IT! HE'S PROBABLY OUT THERE DYING RIGHT NOW AND YOU JUST GONNA SIT YOU ASS HERE AND WATCH HIM DIE! SOME LIFE!

The whole team left the Super Smash HQ, Hyrule Castle, and Roy. Roy bashed his hands on the wall.

Roy: I will not help you Mario...

Mario was still walking in the mysterious cave. He mumbled himself in a song to keep him brave and strong. Mario kept walking until he found something red.

Mario: The Red Katana...

Mario said under his breath. He ran toward the glimmering light. It was the Katana.

Mario: Great I found it! But how am I gonna get out of here? And why isn't it hypnotizing me? Ah well I found it.

Mario grabbed the blade with his gloved hands. He pulled it out of the rock and everything started to rumble.

Mario: AAAHHHHH!!!!! Earthquake!!!

Back at Hyrule

Link and the team were walking to Gerudo Valley until an earthquake shook the Earth.

Link: W-Whats g-going o-on!?

Luigi: I-It's a-an e-earthquake!!

Then Link thought about the earthquake. Then it hit him.

Link: M-Mario h-has found t-the b-blade!

Back at the underground

Mario ducked for cover under a huge boulder. And holding the blade. Finnaly the earthquake stopped shaking. Mario peeked out of the boulder. Then a portal appeared out of nowhere.

Mario: Hmm I wonder where this leads to? I bet its a way out!

Mario closed his eyes and jumped into the portal. He opened his eyes in horror. Everything here was dead. Burned and turned into ashes.

Mario: I-Is this Hyrule!!!?

Voice: No it isn't... It's a replica of Hyrule.

Mario turned around and saw a hooded vigure talking to him.

Mario: Who are you?

Voice: My name doesn't matter. What matters is that you get out of here and your magical blade of yours.

Mario: But I don't understand!? What or who am I running from.

The vigure vanished into thin smoke.

Mario: Great... I'm stuck in this replica world of Hyrule... and I can't get out of here.

Mario sat down and think for a while. While Mario was thinking, something was going straight toward him. Mario turned around and some kind of wing beast went past by. Mario stood up and look at the beast.

Mario: What is that thing?

The beast went toward him again with great speed. Mario dodged it just in time. Mario gribbed his new blade and try swinging it. But the creature dodged it by ducking. Mario swing his sword again. The blade hit the creature on the head. The creature howl in pain.

Mario: Come here!! I'm not done yet!

The creature took out his sharp claw and tried to scratch Mario like a piece of ham. The creature missed his attack. And Mario tried hitting it but the creature swing his tail and hit Mario.

Mario: Ooof

The creature slowly walked to his prey. It opened its mouth trying to bite Mario and tear him to shred. But Mario stabbed the creatures mouth. The blade his the throat. The creature screamed in pain. The thing backed up and the creatures mouth started to drip blood on the floor. The the creature fell down to its side and died a slowly painful death.

Mario: Damn....

Back at Hyrule.

The gang still countinue on their quest.

Marth: So Link, how did you and Mario become, you know great friend?

Link: Its a long story Marth. Still want to hear it?

Marth: No thank you. I don't like long stories.

Finnaly they ventured into Gerudo Valley. Link showed the hole where Mario fell down. Everyone gathered around to see.

Ness: I don't see anything. Must be a dark and long cave.

Luigi: I'll go first.

Luigi jumped down into the hole.

Luigi: Okay its great down here!

Link's next. He jumped down and landed on his feet. Then everyone jumped down into the hole.

Link: Okay everyone! Mario is counting on us. Lets go!

Everyone ran into the darkness. To find their friend.

Mario: Damn how many are these guys?

Mario strucked down another demon with his sword.

Mario: God damnit I'm outta here.

He ran and ran as fast as he could. But the demons are catching up fast with their wings.

Mario: Gotta find a hiding place.

Just then a person underground came up.

Voice: Hey over here!

Mario did as he was told. He jumped inside the hole. The figure covered the lid and the demons went away.

Mario: Phew! That was a close one....wait a minute. Aren't you that hooded person that I met earilier?

The person took off the hood. It was a man. He has brown eyes, and had a dishevield hair. He was about Link's size but looked stronger.

Mario: Who are you?

Person: I am an angel name Ronny. I have come to destroy Dreadlord and his minions once and for all.

Mario: You mean he's still alive?

Ronny: Yes. Nothing can kill him but a special blade.

Mario: You mean this katana?

Ronny: Yes thats the one. I told you to run away from this forsaken place. But I saw you defeated that demon you faced earlier. You were a great swordsman to handle that sword.

Mario: Yes well, I've been training with my ol' pal Link. He's the-

Ronny: Hero of Time? Yes I know that. I know everything, I'm an angel. Angels know many things such as god.

Mario: So there is such thing as god. I got a question... whats god like?

Ronny: He's really hard to describe. Not many angels get to see him. Even I can't see him.

Mario: Then how do you know god told you to come here?

Ronny: His servant told me.

Mario: Oh... I got another question. How come this Katana ain't hypnotizing me?

Ronny: Thats a good question. The reason why your not falling under the spell of the magical blade is because... well... you might get shocked after you'll here this.

Mario: No I want to know please.

Ronny: Well okay. Do you remember the old legend when Gia and Dreadlord were fighting?

Mario: Yes.

Ronny: Gia was never hypnotized by the blade. Thats something special because only dreadlord is the only one that can't fall under the spell.

Mario: So whats your point?

Ronny: You have Gia's blood.

Mario couldn't believe he was hearing. He has Gia's blood!

Mario: So you mean... I'm the recarnation of Gia!?

Ronny: My point exactly.

Mario: Oh my god....wait until I tell Link about this!

Ronny: Your friends are looking for you now.

Mario: Are you serious?

Ronny: Link's leading the way. The Super Smash team is yet again on a mission.

Mario: That's great. Because we havn't been on a Super Smash team for a long time. It was when all the villian got together and tried to rule the world.

Ronny: But... I fear for your friends...

Mario: Why? Are they in trouble?

Ronny: Not yet... once they come here in to the demon world, things will go wrong.

Mario: I don't understand!

Ronny: They cannot face the demon alone. They need you.

Mario: Because I have the sword?

Ronny: Yes. They can hurt the demons but more will come.

Mario: You mean multiply?

Ronny: Correct.

Back at the tunnel...

Ness: I spy something really hard.

Fox: A rock!

Ness: Man your good how'd you know?

Fox roled his eyes. Everthing in here is all rocks.

Falco: I see something up ahead.

Link: I think its a portal Falco.

The gang proceeded and looked at the big sculpture.

Zelda: Mario is in there... I can feel his presence.

Luigi: I'm comming bro!

Luigi entered the portal first.

Peach: Don't die on me Mario!

Peach went second.

Then everyone went in. The adventure was about to begin.

Everyone opend there eyes. A mansion was there in the middle of nowhere. There were dead trees and the crows were watching the team very suspiciously. The thunder were very loud cracking with every sound. The cloud was darker than usual.

Luigi: It couldn't be...

He looked the mansion in awe and disbelief.

Falco: What is it Luigi?

Luigi turned to his feather friend.

Luigi: Everyone... this is my mansion!

Link: What are you talking about Luigi? You don't have a mansion.

Luigi: No you don't understand! That's my mansion!

Zelda: How come you never told us Luigi?

Luigi: It was mine and Mario's secret... Mario was captured in that mansion and was placed in a picture frame. And we will never speak of that ever again.

Peach: You mean this is your mansion?

Luigi: Yes... and it looks like its back to its original state. But that's impossible... I defeated King Boo and the mansion disappeared!

Fox: Must be an illusion.

Luigi: I don't think so Fox...

Just then a voice was comming out of the mansion. It was Mario's voice.

Peach: Mario is in there!

Luigi: Then lets go!

All of them entered in a rush. They saw Mario standing there with his eyes close. It looks as if he's in a depressed move.

Link: Mario!! Your here!

Luigi: Thank god we found you.

But Mario kept his eyes close.

Peach: Mario is something wrong?

Mario: You will be covered in darkness, and the lights will be out. The light will fall and darkness will conqur all.

Marth: What are you saying!?

Link: Guys that's not Mario!

Everybody looked at Link. Then back at the figured.

Luigi: Who or what are you! And what have you done to my brother!

The figured opened his eyes. His eyes were as red as blood.

Mario: Pitaful mortal... Your hope ends here! And all your existence with it!

The figured started to turn into a hideous monster. It has wings as large as an airplane. He grew some fangs around his teeth. Horns were growing out of his cap. He grew bigger and bigger, his skin were brownish redish. His eyes still bloody looking. His hands grew into claws and had a tail.

Link: Where's Mario!

Luigi: Your going to pay for this!!

Figure: Don't you know who I am? I am the demon of the underworld. They call me the Balrog. All who opse me will be vanquished!

The demon blew up the mansion with his wings. The demon started to dive down and attacked them.

Back to Mario and Ronny

Mario: So are we going to get out of this dump or what? Cause I need to find my friends.

Ronny: Wait I want you to join us to destroy DreadLord.

Mario: Whos us? I only see me and you.

Ronny: Alright guys come out of your hiding place. He's not going to hurt us.

Some angels came out of the ceiling and some from the underground. There were many of them. Some were men and women. They had halos on their heads and had big wings. There cloths were like the cloths from the Roman and so were there shoes.

Mario: What you mean you want me to come? You mean I have to stay here?

Ronny: Yes. Your the only one who can destroy him. Because of the blade, you must join.

Mario: But what about my friends?

Ronny: Don't worry they'll come as well. First we need to find them.

Mario: But I can't stay here forever I have a home and a family!

Ronny: Then we will try to finish the demon faster.

Mario: I need to find my friends...

Ronny: I'll come with you. You will not know where to go.

Mario: Do as you wish. Alright tell me where are they?

Ronny: There at a mansion.

Mario: How long does it take for us to get there?

Ronny: Only a couple of few hours.

Mario: Alright lets go.

Mario and Ronny climbed up cautiously looking back and forth for any demons approaching.

Mario: Here I'll help you.

Mario grabbed Ronny's hand and pulled him up.

Ronny: Thanks. You have a strong grip.

Mario: Oh I've been lifting stuff.

Ronny: Alright we go north thats where they are.

Mario and Ronny headed north to mansion. But what Mario doesn't know that this mansion is Luigi's mansion.
