Link and his wife Zelda were walking to the graveyard to meet an old friend. This friend had saved Link's life and sacrifice for his.

Link look at the stone's mark. It read: Mario Mario September 1 1944. A great man who saved us all. He had even save our best hero Link the Hero of time.

Link fell to his knees and was crying. Zelda come to aid him.

Link: Two years since he is gone... two years...

Zelda: I know... It feels like were still in this war.

June 6 1944 on Hyrule beach

Thousands and thousands of ships loaded with Hyrulians and mushroom people carrying swords and bow and arrows. They were all scared to death trembling... They didn't participate in this war but they had to. To defend their country from Gannondorf's army.

Mario looked around and saw many of them were crying and praying for a safe trip. Some knew they were going to die. Mario knew why he joined this war. He joined to save his friend Link.

Captain: Were almost there! Drop the rank!!

Then arrows were fired rapidly hitting many Hylians and mushroom people. Blood squirted everywhere and gore.

Hyrulian soldier: Get off of the ship!

And they did so. They were trying to run for the shore line. But arrows were stopping them. The ocean was becoming turning red. Water was getting murky by the second. Finnaly most of the men emerged from the ocean and looked for cover. Many Hylians fired their arrows back at the minions. The mushroom people also fired arrows. Mario came out of the water and he can hear death comming. Everything was silence. He looked around and saw many people dying and laying there motionless. Some of the mushroom people were in flame and tried to turn it off by getting back into the water. A ten year old child was hiding under a group of men. He was so scared and started to cry. Then Mario can hear again. He looked for cover and found Luigi.

Mario: Luigi! We need to take out those crossbowmen!

Luigi: I know! I need a fucken clear shot!

Hylian soldier: We stopped the bleeding! We stopped the bleeding!

Then a arrow hit the mushroom man and was dead.

Hylian soldier: Fuck!!! Those mother fucken!! I'm gonna kill those fuckers!! Fuck!!!

Another mushroom man came and grabbed him.

Mushroom man: lets go!

Mario: Get some bombs we need to blow these wires!!

Then a group of mushroom people gathered some bomb ombs and placed it on the ground near the wires.

Mushroom soldier: Fire in the hole!!!

Hylian soldier: Fire in the hole!!!

They all took cover from the blast.

Mario: Its open everyone over to the sea wall!!

Mario and Luigi took cover from a rock.

Mario: Luigi can you take out your crossbowman with your fireball?

Luigi: Yeah I can.

Mario: 60 degrees on the left corner. Everyone cover fire for Luigi. 1... 2... 3... GO!! Luigi! Covering fire!!!

Mario threw as many fireball as he can.

Luigi: took a good aim. He launched a fireball straight toward the crossbowman. It was a moblin. The fireball hit it on the head and blood started to squirt from his head. Then Luigi hit the other crossbowman. Luigi threw the fireball and hit him on the chest. Then the moblin exploded in to pieces. Blood started to spread everywhere.

Mario: Luigi did it! Everyone lets go!!

Mario and the rest of the men climbed up the mountain.

Mario: We gotta take out those barracades.

Mario went inside the bunker and Luigi went inside the other.

Mario punched koopas and was sent flying. The Hylians drew their swords and started to battle inside. Mario took out all the crossbowmens. More Hylians and mushroom soldiers were comming in. Finnaly it was all over. The next war was about to begin.

Mario: So you've been to what school?

Hylian soldier: I've been to Hyrule special ed high school.

Luigi: Is it fun there?

Hylian soldier: Nah been doing some drugs lately. So I join this war to kill these fuckers.

Mushroom soldier: So you've come here to defend our land?

Hylian soldier: Nah I came here to kill these bastards. Who cares if our world is destroyed by Gannondorf.

Mario: What the fuck are you talking about! If the world is destroyed were all gonna die that includes you!

Hylian soldier: I'd rather die then give my life to that fucker.

Luigi: Whatever...

Hylian teen: Are we almost there yet?

Mario: Just a couple of few minute till we get there. Were in Hyrule Field.

Hylian soldier: So do you smoke kid?

Hylian teen: No. I don't do any of these bad things.

Hylian soldier: Come on its fun! Trust me.

Mario: If he doesn't want to then he does not have to.

Hylian soldier: What ever. Come on were almost there lets kick some ass!

All of a sudden it was raining hard. Some Hylian solders and Mushroom soldiers were already at Kakiriko town.

Mario: Whats the catch?

Hylian soldier: There are many crossbow men at the other side. We send some men but were killed instantly.

Mushroom soldier: We should get to the other side and sneak up on them.

Moments later.

Mario: Watch out a crossbow man in the tower!

A Hylian soldier was hit in the back.

Hylian soldier: I'll give this my vow sir!

As he took out a piece a paper out of his pocket.

Hylian soldier: I'll give this vow to my family.... my wife... and my people....

Mario: Luigi get to that side and try to get him up on the tower. He's 200 degree to the north!

Mario: Are you alright sergent!!

Hylian soldier: I... I was try....ing to be a hero.... like you....

Luigi: All my strength as my lord give these bastards hell!

Luigi took a good aim. He fired a fireball at the tower. The moblin was hit on the eye and blood kept going everywhere. Mario went to the dying Hylian's side but it was too late. He was dead. Mario took the piece of paper from his hand and kept it in his pocket.

Mario: Okay guys lets go...

All the men moved out into the tower where Link is held.

Mario and his crew were inside the tower trying to free Link from prison.

Mario: There's so many cells which one is it?

Luigi: sshhhhhh! A guard is comming!

Mario: I'll take care of him...

Mario sneaked behind the gaurd. He smashed the guards head in to pieces. Blood started squirting out.

Hylian soldier: Mario sir! More guards!!

Mario turned around and they were all surrounded.

Luigi: This is bad.... fuck....

Mario: Luigi... tornado....

Luigi: Alright...

Mario and Luigi started twirling around like a twister. They smashed kick and punched the guards. They hylians and the mushroom people grabbed their swords and started battling.

Hylian soldier: Hiya!

Mushroom soldier: Hit them with everything you got!

Blood squirted everywhere and on the floor.

Hylian soldier: AAAHHHH-

His head was cut in half.

Mushroom soldier: Fuck!!! Look ou-

He was stabbed in the back with a spear. Blood bursting out everwhere.

Mario and Luigi stopped their tornado attack. Mario grabbed a moblin's leg. With extreme power he lifted the mobin and swinged him around. Mario let go and hit a pack of moblins guarding the cage.

Mario: There's the cage Luigi!

Mario and Luigi was about to head for the cage but they heard something. A giant iron knuckle fell down from the ceilling. The iron knuckle was about 100 feet head to toe.

Mario: I don't like this fucker...

Luigi: He looks pretty strong...

Hylian soldier: Charge!!!

Mario: No wait!!!

The hylain soldiers and mushroom soldiers was slashed in seconds. Blood splashed everywhere in the room.

Mario: GRRRRRR!!!!!

Luigi: Mario are you ok?

Mario charged after the iron knuckle. The iron knuckle tried to slash Mario but he was too quick. Mario gave an iron knuckle a punch. The iron knuckle armour is heavily armoured but Mario didn't care. Luigi also joined in. Luigi threw a big fireball. It hit the iron knuckle on the leg. The iron knuckle swing its axe and gave Luigi a scar on the cheek. Mario punched and kick everwhere he can find a weak point. Then Mario had an idea.

Mario: Metal vs iron!!

Mario took out a metal cap out from his pocket. Mario put it on his head and his full body turned metal in seconds. The iron knuckle swing his axe at Mario but no avail the axe was torned into pieces. Mario smiled and grabbed his leg with great strength.

Mario: Luigi.. I need your help...

Luigi nodded his head and began to help Mario. They both lifted the giant foot and they both swing with great force and speed. They toss the giant iron knuckle outside the window.

Mario: Glad that's over...

Mario found a key on the floor that the iron knuckle left. Luigi took the key and unlocked the door. There Link was dying with blood on his forehead and scars and scratch everywhere.

Mario: Don't worry Link we got you...

Mario: I think this belongs to you Link.

Mario handed Link his master sword and a hylian shield.

Link: Thank you Mario.

Link began to practice is sword fighting skills.

Link: Yup still good.

Luigi: Gannon's minion will be here about 2 hours.

Mario: Alright we gotta think of a plan. Luigi I want you to go up on the tower and try to hit as many enemy as you can. You soldier will be holding a bomb omb and try to destroy any cannons what so ever. You guys will ambush from behind. I want you guys inside that building and shoot rapidly. Link and I will take cover from the rear with some men. Alright to your position now move move move!

1 hour passed

Link: I want you guys to scout around see if there comming.

A hylian soldier and mushroom soldier scouted around.

Mario: Do you see anything Luigi?

Luigi: Nope

Mario: Alright I'll go back outside.

Hylian soldier: So whats that song anyway?

Hylian soldier: I don't know I just found this old record.

Mushroom soldier: Forget about that song we have a job to do.

Hylian soldier: Alright.

1 hour passed

Hylian soldier: Sir our scout has return with some news!

Link: Great what's the news?

Hylian soldier: There comming in about a minute.

Link: Everyone to your position!!

Link: Now we wait...

A big thud booming around the village. A group of vast army comming in.

Luigi: This is the last war....

Mushroom soldier: Okay I just gotta put this bomb inside the cannon.

Moblin: You search over there!

Iron knuckle: I want you guys come with me!

The mushroom solder ran to the cannon but the time ran out and exploded the soldier. Blood and gore started flying everywhere.

Mario: Fuck.....

Link: Now!!

An ambush appeard and they started attacking the army.

Iron knuckle: An ambush! Kill them kill them!!

Cannons fired at the group of mushroom people. It exploded and the limbs went flying.

Luigi: All my strenght....

Luigi shot a fireball and hit a moblin directly.

Two hylian solder started shooting rapidly.

Hylian soldier: Bomb!!

Hylian soldier: Throw it out there!

The soldier grabbed the bomb and threw it outside in a nick of time.

Mario punched and kick the moblins. Link drew is sword and attacked with fatal blow.

Luigi: Gonna get you!

Luigi shot a fireball and hit an iron knuckle on the head.

Mario: Look out the cannons are fireing!!

The cannons fired and bearly missed a group of Hylian soldier.

Hylian soldier: Throw that damn bomb!

A mushroom soldier threw a bomb at the cannon and it exploded.

Mario: Yes a few more cannons to go!

Luigi started shooting every fireball he see's an enemy.

Mario: Link behind you!

Link turned around and a iron knuckle almost hit Link across the face but Link dodged it quickly. Link slashed off his armour and limbs. The iron knuckle started swinging his axe around. Link got a scar across his cheek. Link dodged another attack and counter attack it. Link slashed with everything he has. The armour came off and he was defenseless. The iron knuckle didn't give up. He slashed Link across the belly.

Link: Hehehehe just getting started.

Link chargeed up is sword.

Link: Everyone get down!

Mario and his crew duck. Link swing his sword around and the iron knuckle was dead.

Luigi fired another fireball. But then a cannon raised up pointing to the tower where Luigi is standing. Luigi's eyes widen

Luigi: Get outta h-

The cannon was fired and the tower crumbled down in to the ground. Mario was angry.

Mario: Fuck!!!!!! I'm gonna kill those fuckers!! They kill my brother!!

Link: Calm down Mario.

Mario: No!!! My brother is dead!!! And I'm gonna get them hard!!!

Mario ran off in the middle of the war by himself. He punched and kick every enemy. Blood started flowing from the enemy as Mario went crazy.

Mario: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mario fired a huge fireball and destroyed the cannon that killed Luigi.

Mario: Huff.... huff.. huff....

Link: Watch out theres more!

Mario was running back to his position.

Link: Look out Mario!!!!

Many arrows started shooting at Mario. An arrow hit him on the back.

Mario: Ah-

Mario fell down on the cold floor.

Link: Mario!!!! Mario!!!!

Mario could hear mute again. He stood up and sat there. Arows killed the Hylians and the mushroom people. Mario looked at everyone scared to death. Gannondorf came and walk toward Mario.

Link: Don't touch him Gannondorf!!!

Link ran as fast as he can to save Mario. Mario threw a fireball but no avail. He threw another and another. It didn't even burn his clothes. Link drew his sword and slashed Gannondorf.

Gannondorf: So you wish to die to Link! Well I can make your wish come true!!

Gannondorf struck a ball of lightning at Link. Link dodged it and slashed Gannondorf. Gannondorf took out his sword and defended himself. Link struck another blow but Gannondorf defended himself.

Link: Why won't you die!!

Gannondorf: You've trained well lad but can you handle the dark aura!

Everything turned black. Link focused and closed his eyes. He could hear footsteps in back of him. Link slashed Gannondorf swiftly.

Gannondorf: Good.... match....

Gannondorf's forehead was cut across. Blood was everywhere. And the brain was showing.

Link: You are finnaly dead Gannondorf...

Gannondorf fell down on his knees. Then he fell on the floor. His eyes layed there open.

Link turned and see Mario still in bad shape. Reinforcement started to come. A Hylian soldier saw Mario in bad shape.

Hylian soldier: Medic!!! We need a medic!!

Link: Your gonna make it Mario!

Mario nodded his head no.

Mario: Its time for me to go Link. I'll be with my brother and my whole family.

Link: You can't Mario!!

Mario: Its too late... Good bye old friend.....

Mario layed there motion less with his eyes open.

Link: Fuck!!!!

Back at the funeral...

Link: he heard my thoughts...

Zelda: We all miss him dearly... and I think he heard it.

Before Link and Zelda left Link looked back at the gravestone.

Link: I salute you Mario....

Link gave a salute to all the dead men who died in the war espeically Mario.
