Summary: Eight years after the events of Majora's Mask, Link has lived in peace in Hyrule for nearly a decade. However, one usual lazy day is shattered when Impa rides into the Kokiri Forest, looking for Link and gives him a letter. It is from Zelda. In it he discovers that Ganon has somehow escaped and has amassed a large army of his most elite warriors and has gone to Termina, looking for a different kingdom to conquer. Link must return to Termina and save it from this terrible threat!

Prolouge by Ganon II
He laughed. A terrible, utterly maniacal laugh that would make even a Goron warrior tremble with fear. He could not believe that the seal of the gods had failed and that he was standing once again in the Temple of Time. Instantly, two though came to his mind. "Zelda amd Link," said Ganondorf, "when I find them both I will make them suffer unimaginably for what done to me and my power! I was there, I was king of Hyrule! I had the power of a god! And there! It was like a carpet rolled out from under my feet! what is worse, some kid did it! Some kid! What's happening to me? I had the Triforce of Power for goodness sake! I should've won! I had the best piece of it! The one that gave me unlimited strength!"
"But still, it was not to be. But now I will look for a new kingdom to conquer, and if that fairy boy or dumb princess get in my way, they'll wish they'd never been born!" Once again laugh maliciously, he telported himself to the Lost Woods. there, he knew he find what he had been seeking.
